Dis-Agreements

The WorldGovernment SearchEngine identifies Agreements (Parties) but also DisAgreements.
"DisAgreements" are (by definition) topics where all members must agree-to-disagree.
These are topics where members cannot come to a common understanding or shared meaning.
These topics cannot be used in defining relationships (contacts/contracts) between people.
